The men and women who come to Literacy Volunteers of America for help are from all over the globe and our own backyard.
Our services are offered free of charge and without discrimination. We offer instruction in Basic Read for adults with a fifth grade or lower proficiency level and English as Second Language instruction.
Please complete the Student Application below or stop by the Literacy Volunteers office. Students are tested to gauge their achievement level before they are matched with a volunteer tutor.
